Damn straight! Veterans are the biggest whiners when they don't get their monthly check and other expensive benefits from the government tit.

Members of the U.S. military ought to be expected to save for their own health care and other expenses. There has been no draft since the early 1970s. Why should the American taxpayer be forced to carry these veterans along with all the other deadbeats of American society?

Besides, young men and women usually join the military because they can't find a job anywhere else. In the military, they learn how to suck the government tit dry through all the give aways they get. Free housing, free food, free medical care, free schooling, freebies galore!

Mike, where were you and all the other punks when these soldiers were being killed or wounded? You don't deserve to be int he same world with these men and women. There was a time when men were drafted. I bet your daddy was a draft dodger or just 4F(look it up if you don't know what 4F means puke.). Go to a VA hospital and see what a real man (or woman) looks like. You don't have the guts to, you puke.

Few in the military actually see combat. Most ride a desk, turn a wrench, or drive a ship during their tours. All the veterans I know, and I know a lot, just want the candy because they are a "veteran." It's total BS. I'll bet you sleep in your Vietnam Veterans hat.

In the late 1960s, I had long hair and smoked a lot of dope which made me a 4fer from the illegal draft. For kicks, my buds and I would go to the airport and spit on returning VN vets. We would also urinate on those who were dead drunk in the streets and alleyways of San Francisco. Made us feel happy, especially after a MJ doober.

Got a rise out of you, didn't I, schmuck?

Veterans are just another special interest group looking to suck the government tit for unearned entitlement handouts.

You are correct, most do not see actual combat. But when you are IN a combat zone you most likely WILL. As for my VN Vet hat, at least I earned it, what have you earned Mr. Hero? You "Don'tknowsalot".

Veterans don't have far to look for policy... Republicans try with all their might to protect our troop's voting franchise, while Democrats try with all their might to restrict our troop's voting franchise.

I've been in a "combat zone" many times. As the Operations Officer on the USS Paul Revere APA-248 I moved thousands of dirt bags like you to and from Vietnam stuffed in the holds of this Amphibious Transport ship.

I use to go from my air conditioned state room to the air conditioned ward room and eat Steamboat Round for dinner on fine Navy china. I remember screaming at chumps like you for not putting the entree to the right side of the blue anchor on my dinner plate.

I use to look at dogs like you down in those troop compartments and wonder how you ever made it this far in life.

Yup, I've been in many a combat zone.

I don't need a Vietnam Veterans hat to tote around like I'm somebody special. Too bad you can't find something more productive in your sad life to be proud of other than being a stinking veteran.
