Vermont legislators hear of child protection concerns

Vermont has a way of attracting the wrong kind of people into the state. Then they have to spend a lot of money getting the kids away from them. Meanwhile a responsible family that was already here can lose a child to DCF because they want to protect their child from an irresponsible school system that loves to drug up children.
