Virginia officials charged in snow-clearing bribery scheme

First, you must understand that Manassas is an independent city, not affiliated with neighboring Prince William County. They have distinct schools, police departments, and governments.
The City line on Sudley Rd. is approximately at Godwin Dr. The "Welcome to Manassas" sign is near the Prince William Hospital (which is not in Prince William, but in Manassas). 66 must be 3 miles away, all in the County.
The fact that newspapers, the Post Office, and the general public refer to nearly any place in Northwestern Prince William County as Manassas doesn't make it so. Drive to the intersection of Sudley Rd. and I66 and call the police and see who comes.
