If you are deciding to contract with Emiroglu for community management services, make sure you agree to all service fees they might charge your residents. Clearly define the services and make them part of the contract. We had troubles with them back tracking on what was previously agreed on. Also, Linda Emiroglu only had an MBA and not a community management credential two years ago which may explain some of the shortcomings.
