Police in Fairfax County are investigating the alleged rape of a woman who was walking her infant daughter in the Springfield area, authorities said.

If you guys have noticed, about 95% of women getting sexually assaulted and other stories like this is always in N. VA. I do not think VA police are taking this as seriously as they should. Sounds like there is a serial rapist out there. They need to redo the law and lets the Parents have a right just to paddle kids diapers,and get it Right, Parents have the right to do no more than a bottom spanking just to get the childs attention PERIOD> But not to abuse the child! Maybe if parents showed the kids we are not afraid of their threats, we can get control again, and get our streets back. And let the kids know if they do wrong its jail time and let them stay there for the whole time! Do not back down. Maybe the kids eyes open. Its called Tough LOVE.

Most of what you said has nothing to do with this young woman being raped with her young child with her. What are you talking about?

I don't know about the death penalty, but definitely lock him up and throw away the key because we don't need scums like these in our society, legal or illegal. I hope he is caught soon before he strikes again. My heart goes out to the victim.

Poor woman was only 18 herself too. She more than likely has AIDS now too.
