Have you had a chance to drive back to deer park, more then 10 cars on the road and its packed, its so small of a road you have to weave between cars. There is no way that that location would work unless only 10 kids start at the same time then 20 min later 10 more kids start. Besides the area is not safe behind the school and its not earthquake safe. Just build something nice on MTCC lot. You can also make some nice fields and open space there while your at it. Also maybe a pool Open grass for picnics ect. Make Fairfax better
