San Anselmo man back in jail in Fairfax burglary case

A San Anselmo man who received probation last month for a chase that injured a Fairfax policeman was back in court Tuesday after being arrested on burglary allegations.

Wow what a dumbass. I have no more sympathy for Franki. He was out of jail for like 4 days and then he decides to pull this shyt! the day he got out he started selling again. i just dont understand..he doesnt get tired of playing the game! Hes been in and ot of jail since he was like in 7th grade. C'mon Franki, we know you're better than this! I hope the "escaped" suspect wasn't little tommy o'neil. The cops will know whose guilty here, they just need the evidence.

Why is it everytime FPD gets into a chase, it ends up a foot chase into the creek...then, almost everytime, one of the FPD cops gets hurt. I think if I was a FPD cop, I'd stay the heck out of the creek when chasing scum.
