Someone should bring up an amendment to rid this state of constables. No offense to anyone but most are a waste of money, especially in small rural areas. It is a joke!

Bobby Carpenter has skeletons in his closets. They only need to be exposed and he is history. Bobby grew up in Wurtland and was a smalltime used car dealer. Don't know about you, but I have my opinion of car dealers. Anyway, he has a district judge as a son-in-law who is also self serving. There's a rumor floating around Ironton that they powder their noses. I wonder if it is true. Anybody out there know?

Get rid of the position of constable. They are a liability to the county government and people in which they serve. Most have zero or insignificant training.

A little late getting in on the discussion, aren't we pops?

Will take a change in the Kentucky Constitution and then the People of the Commonwealth will have to decide by voting to admin the Constitution.

Any law enforcement officer can arrest anyone for breaking the law if it's an arrestable offense. Unless they have diplomatic status from another country.
