This unarmed man was shot in the back of the head by Gary Lindsey. I don't think that shooting someone unarmed in the back of the head is self defense! Is this the same guy the sold drugs on 32nd street? Maybe that's why his house was always getting broken into! Besides, he shot this guy for no reason in the back of the head in an intersection. Why? Who knows! Maybe Gary was high on his own stuff! He saw this guy walking down the street in a snowstorm and thought "Hey this must be the guy" walked up behind him and shot him in the back of the head. No confirmation, No proof, No arrest, just drug dealer execution of an unarmed innocentt jail and be eve
3 years that's far from rotting lol. I was in prison with Gary and he is a solid dude. If a man were to break in my home I am shooting him where ever I can get a shot off

Gary Lindsey , should have been set free . The dude that got shot deserved to die . I would have done the same thing ( shoot that mf ) . Think you for killing that piece of sh*t . There's nothing racial to this . I'm a black guy and I believe the white guy was justified in killing that garbage .

Gary was protecting what was rightfully his. He is a good guy, People who point fingers and say he does this for a living and that for a living need to worry about their own FUCKIN life. If someone kept breaking into your home taking your shit you would be ready to hurt someone. Gary moved to a new location and this ass kept breaking in. THE POINT is this guy knew that there was a chance something could happen to him when he broke into someones home. He apparently needed to find a job to buy his own stuff and not take someone elses. TRUE 2 wrongs don't make a right, and he was just protecting his stuff and his own life. STOP judging people when you only know what you see on T.V. Gary we are all behind you..
I would've done the same. If someone kept robbing me, I would make sure it never happened again. He obviously messed with the wrong man and got it. Granted, I don't want to see no-one dead, but defending yourself and property is not a crime. I have a collection of swords and someone would get it if they attempted to rob me.

This piece of garbage shot an unarmed man in the back of the head while he was running away. The piece of garbage know as Gary Lindsey chased the man down the street yelling n-word, n-word, n-word all the way firing shots. Yet, they did not try or find him guilty for a hate crime or murder. Reckless Homicide.....What a joke! Kill an unarmed man with no proof of anything being stolen or broken into and get Reckless Homicide....He claimed William was breaking in his house and then later his car. The police investigated and found this to be false. It was during the deadliest ice storm of 2009 in Kentucky history. If I was breaking into someones home that would be the day I would pick! Right....Temperatures well below zero and wind chills -20 with freezing rain with ice over and inch thick....Gotta be a complete idiot to believe this man was out trying to break into a home occupied with 3 people no less. William was a black man walking down the street going home and Gary was white with a gun..Possibly Gary was high if you saw the 48 hours show Cold as Ice. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_The_Firs... season 9 episode 3. His girlfriend I believe was arrested for obstruction of justice. Watch the show online it pretty much defines the case but wasn't used in court? Also, how does he afford such a high priced lawyer and bonds? Gary lives in Portland and has no job or a means of support. I know some of you will say he has a flea market booth....right....I'm gonna open one if I can make that kind of money....LOL.
You are so far up Gary's ass u probably have shit for breath. Your obsessing over him and his story. You post the same thing everywhere. Get a life man and go to work.

I guess Gary is out of jail by now. If so, that's good.

Listen ignorant buffoons...what happened was murder. Its illegal to shoot someone regardless of what they DID. If they were in the process of breaking in, that changes everything. Its the law so stop trying to play the judge jury and executioner on here shit for brains. Theres a movie called "Felon," that shows the exact same situation and the guy was convicted of murder. Watch it, learn it, understand it. It was murder you idiots.
