All servers had to have $100 cash in order to work their shifts. "Former Lynn’s Paradise Cafe waitress Leila DiFazio said she was terminated in early January after she showed up for work without bringing $100 in cash, a new requirement designed so serverscould tip support staff at the end of their shifts."
Folks drove all the way from Ghent KY to check out this restaurant. Lynn Winter was sick of paying employees a fair wage, and liked to install draconian policies in order to teach her employees that she's boss. http://www.courier-journal.com/article/201301... |
