all i know is he was shot in the back of the head new years eve. as far as i know noone is willing to say who did it or where it happened. they didnt even call ems he was drove to the hospital.

my familly is tore up about this...hes doing much better cant talk but he can write and is asking for people to come see him. everyone is pretty much keeping there mouths shut about what happened. i didnt know he was shot i was told a car insident....GOD i hope hes waching over him.

If your family does know what they are talking about why not take your fight up with the family member that took him to hospital from clubhouse and gave investigators mis leading info. Must really have been in the wrong for his own family/buddy to not help police get to bottom of it. You know as well as I that he has been putting thay gin of his in peoples faces for while just a matter of time til he pulled it on wrong person. I know joe knew gabby better but doesnt make any of it right particularly the one that drove him to hospital and gave conflicting accounts of not only where but what happened we all know he or she knows who it was but is covering because joe was wrong

Not suprised this happend, joe has been doing a lot of things for a long time that he shouldn't. hopefully this will wake him up-he has a 2nd chance MAKE GOOD USE OF IT. As for the family instead of fighting with people on the internet about what a good guy he is, realized what kind of person he really is and help him to be better in the future.

If you really are someone who knows, why don't you tell where he really was, who shot him and why. That will stop all the gossip-but perhaps get you in trouble? Also if you want the people on this website to listen to you, respond without cursing. You just sound ill mannered and uneducated.
