Outstanding! You are complaining about a program that you won't even participate in. Of course you don't have insurance. You haven't even tried to get it. You are absolutely batshit crazy and deserve whatever ill fortune befalls you.
My God you liberals are slow.

Why would I participate in a program that I know I can't afford? What? Do you think that once I apply, they will offer lower rates than they previously gave when I filled out their general questioner?

I have a much better idea: get rid of all Democrats, return this country back to normal where there is no Commie Care, and allow the private market to run itself and not the government.

You cradle-to-gravers are going to be the end of this country.

What your stupid sites say is that they believe Bush's assertions were false. That's different than a lie. But since you're so slow, let's do this again:
A lie is when a person makes an untrue statement, but knows ahead of time that his assertion was not truthful.
In order to call somebody a liar, one must prove that said liar in fact knew of the truth in the first place, but stated otherwise.
So try again: where is it proven that Bush knew of something but stated otherwise?
Here you go.

You really are an idiot. The private market is selling the insurance. You can afford it, you just don't want to. That's ok. Keep having your little temper tantrum and keep refusing to take advantage of a program that will help you. Here's another good idea. Hold your breath until the ACA is repealed. That will show 'em.

How would increased congressional pay allow the non-rich to serve? I don't follow you at all on that one.
From the beginning, serving the US government was supposed to be similar to serving in the military. You do your duty, then go home and resume your normal life. It wasn't supposed to be a career and certainly not a lucrative one.
I'm sure there are plenty of non-wealthy people that made it to Congress or the Senate. Our very own George Voinovich is living proof of that. He was nothing more than your average Cleveland boy who worked many other government jobs on his way up to Senator. Like Kookcinich, it was more name recognition than it was money.
Our government is loaded with lawyers that ran for office because they were trading up, not down. Very few would work so hard to get a job that paid less in the long run.
Voinovich is a lawyer you ritard.

What happens to these retired politicians? The become "consultants" for companies that benefited from the way they voted while in office. These "consultants" are valuable to a company because they have good friends that are still in Congress.
So you leave a government job that paid $180,000 per year to become a consultant at a private firm making $300,000 per year. Tough job, but somebody has to do it.
You missed out on them becoming lobbiests.

If it was an optional luxury, you would be right. But health insurance is something that everyone needs. The time WILL come when you will need medical care. You will then depend on the charity of others. If our society was a harder one, you would just be left to die.

When you say you can't afford it, that is not really an excuse. Get a second job. Or just reassess your spending priorities. You need health insurance.

You know OG, you're right. Anything this Communist does to our country, we should just make adjustments. We should get a second job for this big-eared creep. We should move if need be. We should sell our children if we have to in order to comply with the new regime and our new way of life.

Forget about the good days, those days are over. Just go with the flow and offer no resistance. That goes double for any other horrors this President bestows upon his people. After all, this is his country, right? We no longer have a society where the hard working responsible people can reap the fruits of their labor. Now the non-producing or low producing get the benefits of the working, so the hard working people will just have to work even harder.

Our founders would be so proud of us Americans today........

Like I said before, you will now have access to MENTAL HEALTH CARE that your crybaby whines show that you really need. Odds are the only reason you have that job is because of family taking care of you're sorry self.

Hey, XXX. I know I yank your chain on here about smoking, but I am fully aware that it is a tough habit to break and I have many friends who smoke. With no agenda or politics involved on this one, I can tell you that those e-smokes really work. I just read an article in Popular Science where they stated they are 9 to 400 times less toxic than regular cigarettes and you don't jones for nicotine because you are still getting it. I have friends who have switched over to e-smokes and they say they feel a lot better and can breath better. Also, it costs them about $20 every week and a half, which is a lot cheaper too. They use Halo brand e-smokes. It has a little tank you fill up with juice and it's all made in America. The nicotine the use is pharm grade. Look up the Halo Triton online if you get a chance. Here's what they look like...

http://www1.pcmag.com/media/images/415850-hal...

Totally off the subject, I know, but I have heard a lot of good things about them and thought it would be worth looking into. One of my friends tried 3 other e-smokes before going with Halo Triton and everything I have read about the company and their products has been good. I have nothing to gain here and I am not trying to f with you for smoking. I just know that they work and might save you some money and be less damaging health wise.

Congress Quietly Repeals Congressional Insider Trading Ban

By Sakib Ahmed on April 15th, 2013

Both parties and both houses of Congress hated the disclosure portion of the law so much that it was repealed on Friday without debate—the measure was sent to the president by unanimous consent. The ordeal took about 10 seconds in the Senate and 14 seconds in the House, according to official records.

Exactly. When they were forced to create the law, you could see the guilt on their faces. You knew none of them ever wanted such a a law but were forced to pass it under public scrutiny.

The thing is these politicians are in the commission of actions that would land anybody else outside of Congress in jail. Does anybody remember the name Martha Stewart?

Well thank you Canton, I appreciate it.

I've heard good and bad about those smokeless cigarettes. I too have many friends that smoke and several of them tried E-cigs. They all went back to smoking.

From what I understand, it doesn't totally satisfy the urge to smoke, maybe make the edges a little less sharp.

I was just talking about those with a guy that unloads my truck. He quit smoking last July and couldn't take it anymore, so he started smoking again last month when his wife went to the hospital. He said he read a story about a famous musician in the rock world and he was on e-cigareets for a while. He got sick and went to his doctor. His doctor recommended that he take up smoking again. This guy was inhaling enough of those e-cigs equivalent to ten packs of cigarettes a day. When he couldn't get satisfied, he just kept inhaling more and more of those e-cigs.

Every year I see my specialist and every year I ask if there is any new breakthrough in regards to quitting cigarettes. He always tells me that there is no magic pill. When they make one he says, I'll be the first to call you. He hates the fact that I smoke, but don't all doctors?

Nope. But I do know for a fact that he and his administration knew many people were going to lose their healthcare plan. They put that in print in the National Registry back in 2010. So of course DumBama knew about it. This is on top of all the other changes to insurance policies that made them null and void inside the ObmaCare bill itself.
