Ice buildup on the interior of my windshield while driving?

Does anyone know how to stop the interior of my windshield from freezing over when I get on the highway? my windshield will be perfectly clear before I get on the highway, and then 15 seconds later I am completely blind due to the ice. 99% sure its from the moisture in my breath, but I don't know how to stop it aside from driving with my window down.
has anyone found a solution for this problem? I have a 1996 jeep, and the heater is slow to warm up.

Get a better heater, or get a Colman portable heater, or stop breathing and driving,

Duh some one put a nail in the finger cleaning hole in the outhouse, should I get a new hole?
