I was curious too, but after going to the linked story, you'll find that a resident of Livermore, CA was arrested there for a DUI. I won't post the poor guy's name, but the rest of the story is below.

DUI

•XXXXXX, 56, of Livermore, Calif., was charged with driving under the influence for allegedly operating a boat at 7:15 p.m. Tuesday at the Chena Pump boat launch.

XXXXX was stopped for a hunting license check. He smelled of alcohol and said he had been drinking according to the criminal complaint against him.

He registered a breath-alcohol content of 0.09, more than the legal limit of 0.08.

I have to agree ... looks like a Google-addict was sniffing the cloud for gossip. To whoever the author was, you didn't bring down a citizen only yourself. If I want to know everything about an out of town DUI, I'll read TMZ.
