Office is clean, nice atmosphere, plenty of parking. Actual dental experience was great. However, this office staff is rude, complacient, wait times are exceeding 5 hours with no explanations. In addition, no insurance is excepted, no payment methods other than cash up front or credit will be taken and charges are VERY excessive. It is actually less expensive to drive to Anchorage, get a nice hotel, have exactly the same procedure completed, come back to Fairbanks. You save about $200 over the charges at this office. So check around for better service and pricing because this is the most expensive place in Alaska.
