A good lawyer would win this case for him.....after all, consideration was given for the all terrain vehicle trailer.

I can see it now.

You're standing behind this guy as he bends over to un-hitch the trailer and ya see his wallet pop out of his back pocket as well as a horrid view of his "plumber's crack".
