This was NO accident. The driver made the conscience decision to drink and drive. It was totally preventable which makes it NO accident. Judge? R U Kiddn Me. Whats to judge. The facts are clear and the outcome predictable. I just wonder how many times this person has been arrested for DWI? I wonder how many times the real "judge" was lenient? I wonder how many people will have to die from these kind of "accidents" before we decide that enough is enough? Maybe when we start holding our lawyer legislators and judges accountable and demand stiffer penalties and harsher punishment for first time offenders.

Everyone keeps saying why wasn't she arrested.. For one the er staff cannot effect an arrest. It all comes back to not enough on the street. After ten in Adair Co if your lucky two street Deputies and one trooper. They made the right choice take the time to collect the evidence and just arrest her later. Its not like they just let her go. Fatality accidents can take up to five or six hours on scene. I am sure they got her blood

I know these things take time, and this women will serve for this crime. People that make the choice to drink and drive should pay the price for it, not the other people out there. I am so sorry for your loss, I pray this lady does not get off for this. Bless you.

Why is everyone surprised by this? This is Stilwell the uppercrust promote the sale of alcohol as family packs. I'm just greatful there were no children involved. Suspend the liquor license of these uppercrust.

The children probably drank their beer and passed out, therefore they were at home when the "accident" happened.

at this rate stilwell is looking like some sort of self-healing community. The bad ones are killing theirselves off at an astonishing rate. Might be worth my time to hang around and see what happens next.

Everyone get ready for the "she was a good woman, she normally didnt even drink and only molested children on thursdays."

LOL! That doesn't just happen in Stilwell though. Look at whacko jacko and people clamoring to say wonderful things about this known pedophile.
