Pro-marijuana ad pushes pot as state budget fix

A pro-marijuana group is launching another television bid to legalize pot in California - this time with the pitch that legalizing and taxing the drug could help solve the state's massive budget deficit.

$1 Billion a year. Probably more if people weren't scared of going to jail or losing their jobs. Tax and Regulate, just like the smokes, just like the booze. You are not going to melt to the couch or run over a kid on a bike in a drive thru.

Funny thing too, in high school it was easier to get ecstasy weed mushrooms Oxycontin Coke then it was to get ALCOHOL

Yes they do and so does the federal government, Marijuana Inc....it's a show they do on MSNBC or something like that. Not sure if it was a series or just an hour long special but that's where I'm getting the info.

Just an hour long documentary, but it is amazing and encouraging that it keeps getting repeat play over and over again. I've seen it at least on 6 different nights over the last month.
