Will the residents of Wood-Ridge, also get a discount on their electric bill? Will they install these solar panals across town, as well?

Solar panels could last one day and have to be replaced, that's what homeowners insurance is for. Most solar PV panels are subjected to rigorous testing, they are tested for both hot and cold extremes, are tested with one inch balls of ice shot at them at 50MPH. Most solar PV manufacturers have a warranty of power output. 10 years and still put out 90% of the power of a new panel, after 20 to 25 years they are waranteed to put out 80% of a new panel. There are still old style ARCO panels made in the late 1970s still in use today. If a manufacturer is willing to waranty the product for 25 years, how long do you think it will really last?
