I'm surprised at the age of these women. I would've assumed that these massage parlors had chics in their 20's, maybe 30's, but definitely not 40's and 50's.

Hey, at least nobody got hurt.

I'm sure it was either a concerned resident neighbor or a jealous nearby merchant who called the cops.

Can someone please explain law enforcement's priorities? This is the 3rd such "sting" I've read about in Newsday in the past couple of months ... aren't there more pressing criminal matters on Long Island that our police should be focusing on? How about gang violence, for example?

It's good to know that the Nassau County Police Department have caught every murderer, rapist, child molester, drunk driver and have no unsolved cases in the entire county, so they can now pursue 51 year old illegal massage givers. I'm disconnecting my home alarm I feel so safe.

Cops will stay on top of this type of activity until the Asian community begins to lob claims that they're being racially profiled. At which point the cops will back off in a heartbeat and the politicians will start to give speeches and hug young Asian babies at Korean and Chinese churches.

Of course we all know that gangs, drugs and violence is a HUGE problem in the minority communities (Roosevelt, Hempstead, Uniondale, Freeport and now Baldwin, too) but unfortunately whenever the cops get more aggressive in those areeas a handful of residents organize a mish-mosh "protest" claiming that their people are being racially profiled and targeted by the cops. Never ever do these same people come out to protest when one thug guns down or slits the throat of a rival community member. These types of acts seem to go on without notice in these communities. Almost as if the frequency of such attacks has become so expected that the residents are no longer shocked or outraged and simply no longer care.

To: Nassau County Police Dept.

CONGRATULATIONS! Your county must be the safest in the nation if you've got time to bust middle-aged masseurs.

These people come to this country for a better life but think nothing of ruining our neighborhoods by opening these sleaze parlors. They should be rounded up and deported. It's not ok for this to happen and there are people who obviously do not care about their communities or the envirnonment they are creating for their children.

Glad we are paying these morons 100K a year to bust a woman for giving a handjob. Great use of taxpayer money.

I live near one of these "massage parlors", and after it opened, I told my wife that these kinds of places are often fronts for prostitution. Looks like I was right. I wonder if the Nassau County cops notified immigration, as it seems likely that these hookers/masseuses are probably here illegally as well?
