Hunting Death

I am trying to find info on the killing of my cousin JR Nichols 8yrs ago in Nov. I have been hearing that his step son has been running his mouth around Buffalo.

I seem to recall something about a tree stand, the gun falling and going off. Don't recall much else.

Yes that is what we were told but witness now says different plus deputies took the rifle out on the sidewalk and they could not get it to go off plus the rifile JR used would have made a very big hole now we have found out the bullet is still inside of him that would not be possible with the gun he had with him. Got alot of questions just no answers except step son saying he shot JR to death.

JR nichols was a friend of mine, as well as a very loyal customer....I miss him. If there was fowlplay in his death I hope it is found out and justice served

i do not know anything about this shooting but i do know if jerry cox dont know anything about it no one will... seems not much happens that he dont know for some reson

Well I do know if nothing gets looked at we the family will go to the media his daughter was burnt bad last year by her husband so we will get a answer or find away through the media. Got a answer there Dallas Co.

I think I would start by requesting a copy of the death certificate, then find out how to get a copy of the autopsy report and go from there.

No autopsy they just put accidental shooting so they did not do anything I say ask the stepson why he is telling people he got away with murder.
