I LIVE IN BRIDGEPORT AND ARE TANNIN SALON CLOSED DOWN I WAS TANNIN AT SAMS AND ME AND MY FRIEND BOTH GOT THE CRABS. THEY ARE THE NASTIEST BEDS AND ESTABLISHMENT THAT I HAVE BEEN IN. I WILL BE CONTACTING THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT. IT IS A THRIFT STORE AND A TATOO SHOP. I CANT BELIVE THESE PEOPLE ARE IN BUSINESS IN STEVENSON.

i have contacted the health department and they said they would look in to it they jus said to stay away until they can send some 1 in and see .

I've never tanned there... I always go to Tan Line across from the post office,but I've been in Sam's before and it did'nt seem nasty to me... I've never seen the tanning booths or anything though. Did'nt you clean the booths before you laid in it? If you did I don't see how you could've gotten crabs. Maybe it is'nt Sams thats nasty, just the person who tanned before you... you can't screen your clients for crabs you know. I just think it's gross that you must've not cleaned the bed before you layed.

I don't know who is making all the lies but i've tanned at her shop and it is one of the cleanest stores in stevenson and the people are clean also and are great people so if you want to send the health department there do it maybe they will like it so much they will tan there also you so called grown adult's need to grow up and get that jealous spirit out of you they can't help that there the best tanning salon in stevenson there just trying to make a good place to tan so you need to stop the lie's if you know anything about crabbs it take's more than a day or two to know you have them!!!!!!!!!!

HEY I JUST WANTED EVERYONE TO KNOW I WENT AND CHECKED THIS PLACE OUT, IT WAS VERY CLEAN AND NICE.
SO THE RUMORS ARE NOT TRUE. FOR YOU PEOPLE LOOKING FOR A GOOD PLACE TO TAN, IT HAS VERY HOTT BEDS,AND THIER PRICES ARE GOOD TOO. ITS IN STEVENSON BY THE SMOKE SHOP, CHECK IT OUT YA. THE STORE IS PRETTY NICE TOO. YOU JEALOUS PEOPLE NEED TO GET A LIFE AND LAY OFF REAL PEOPLE TRING TO MAKE A LIVING!!!

well i've found out one thing for sure. there is no place to tan around here thats ever open, besides Sam's, so thats good she's always open all year long & all day long. she's clean people thats were me and my whole family go. she has the largest
selection of tanning lotion than anyone...thats for sure....

its funny reading these post. how does every1 know that the person didnt catch the crabs there. just because the beds are hot and they have alot of lotions. very serious is an idiot for sayn that.i dont tan that much so i guess i dont have to worry bout this probelm. but if i was goin to tan its not goin to b in a thrift store.lol

i for one know you can NOT catch crabs in the tanning bed. i've researched this, in fact they cant attach to slick surfaces like toliet seat and such because they have no legs. only sexually transmitted or in cantaminated bedding, clothing, or towels. so maybe someone used dirty towel there who someone else had used? you should always clean your own bed with papertowels then you'd know for sure..

or more possible the people who suppose to have caught crabs may have tried clothes on and caught them that way...you did say it was a thrift store.
