with all the training- new shock tools - nite sticks- police still find it easier to just shoot someone. are they all trying to earn their tear drop ??

Unfourtunately, there will be more office involve shootings in this area as the county and city pay grade for officers leads to a high turnover ratio. With high turnovers, you are left with a bunch of rookie officers so do not have the ability to make good decisions under high stress.
