so sorry for this loss they were there for a good reason and when this happens our only confort is from God is they are in a better place and are being blessed by there works of faith to God, as for there family it seems so senseless but we can not question why things happen like this, God bless the family and my God give them peace and confort in there time of need.

They were murdered by a bunch of zealous monsters who got a cheap thrill from killing hundreds of innocent people. For what? Allah? Give me a break. I am sure Alan and Naomi Sherr would rather be alive at home with Kia Sherr enjoying the rest of their Thanksgiving. My thought and prayers go out to Mrs. Sherr. She has a lot on her shoulders right now especially losing a husband and an ONLY child.

Stories like this make me absolutely furious. On Foxnews, the headline is "Urgent: 2 Americans killed". This whole event is an absolute tragedy, why should it matter that Americans were killed over the 150+ others that have been killed. The fact that they Americans is completely unneccesary. No innocent person should ever be put to death like this, but the fact the all the reports right now are that Americans were killed should not be relevant. Its as if all news sources only want people to care when someone from America is killed. It makes me so angry thats all the news is focusing on right now. The death toll is 150+, not 2.

Eric, why are you even watching Fox News? Anyone with half a brain knows Fox News is pure spin and propaganda.

I am so sorry for their loss, and saddened by such devastating news during the holidays.

What happened to them is an absolute travesty, and I feel terrible that something like this had to have happened. I didn't mean to undermine what happened to them, I just don't like the way its being reported. But my heart goes out to anyone who knew anyone involved in these attacks. No one deserves a fate like that.

I disagree with Eric. Yes, the News stations are reporting on the deaths of the Americans...BUT...those are American News stations and they should be reporting the deaths of Americans. In Canada the Canadian News stations are reporting the death of the Canadian who was killed over there. I'm sure the British News stations are reporting the death(s) of Britons. The Israeli News stations are probably reporting the deahs of the Israelis who were killed.

Deepest sympathies for 150+ dead. Watch CNN and they are doing nice job teaming with Indian Media. Indians are calling it India's 9/11. Really ashamed to be a human being. We americans (the oldest democracy) should help India (The largest Democarcy)in combating the terrorism. We knew how we felt during our 9/11.

Kat, certainly our thoughts and prayers should go to Mrs, Scherr, as well as to all dead and families affected by this event. I understand your ire. But jumping to label these terrorists as Muslims and doing their horrible deeds in the name of Alah is absolutely wrong. You do not know that. Even if they were Muslim (and I agree that probably they are), Alah is not the problem. Just like God is not the problem when crimes are commited by cristians. We the people are the problem in the way we judge, condemn and act against other, even if just in thought. Likewise we can also be the solution. Let's mourn, reflect and forgive, and let outhorities apply justice as the laws permit. This struggle if for the ages. Let's not allow the terrorists win by alowing their hatred and small minds enter our concience. We, the people, the ones that strive to follow God in any language and crede can be better than that.

you know, President Bush needs to call an emergency meeting of Congress to enact a one time law allowing Barak Obama to TAKE OFFICE NOW considering the state of the world. WE CANnot wait until Jan 20, we are WEAK now and our ENEMIES know it...get over whatever you had against the new President, if you didn't vote for him, I have. Please start leading TODAY!!! Our lame duck status is apparent to the world and its forces, dark or light...

After death, any comment is meaningless, except to send peace, love and respectfor for their souls and to their families.

Sorry for all those losses and those traumatized in Mumbai.

yes, and US medias don't yet report of the two French, etc....
it's when we are directly touched that we realize the horror.

Terrorism strikes anywhere, except for the United States since 9/11. This has nothing to do with President Bush, who has kept us safe for over 7 years.

My thoughts and prayers are with the Sherr family and all the other victims of this senseless tragedy.

Leave it to a lib to screw up a perfectly good mourning thread.

Why is it you want Barrack Hussein Obama in office? So we can roll over and collaborate with the Islamic Terrorists like France did with the Nazis and more recently with the muslims? If you want collaborative socialism so bad, move to Venezuela for the next 2 months. I'm trying to find any speck of Jewish blood in my heritage to I can join the IDF, the last hope for freedom after 1/20/09
