Deputies thwart possible crime, 6 juveniles arrested

Sheriff's deputies say they thwarted a possible crime in Fabens by apprehending six juveniles with bandanas over their faces.

As Fabens residents, It'a bout a 90% chance their parents are users, traffickers or both. Like you said, they could also be in prison or in between stretches at TDC. They should bulldoze Fabens, Canutillo, Westway and Chaparral then quarantine the sites like they did the Manhattan Project at White Sands.
