Hopkinton X Police Chief John Scuncio left abruptly months ago! He is being sued by the former bldg inspt : Charles Mauti in Federal court . The trial is around the corner Jan. Friday the 13th their having a mediation ! But the trial ill still go forward Mauti has waited five yrs due to the fact HPD dragged on & on not producing documents ordered by the Federal Judge Smith. Now The New Federal Judge McConnell has the case. Wait & see what comes out ! Shocking abuse by Scuncio upon many. Officer David Whewell complained about citizen's rights violated ,serious wrong doings at station. He was placed on leave since scuncio's gone Whewell's back with a settlement ! Newspaper says a New Chief Is in Palmer a Trouble Shooter ,knows how to organize a troubled dept !
