The Senate bowed to Gov. Maggie Hassan's concerns and removed the home grow provisions from the bill.
She also sought and the Senate agreed to eliminate post traumatic stress syndrome from afflictions covered under the program.
She is just so thoughtful! SHe still wants to tell you what you can grow in your own garden. 20 bux says Maggie's never smoked it and is making law in complete ignorance. The people want broad legalization and the government wants the power to decide whose bowl gets packed.
Legalize it, Delasandro's casinos' are less popular.

IF I had to guess about NH's political collusion, I would see Hassan's insistence that pot not be used for PTSD in NH is to help NH's chances of getting a veterans hospital. So here is a woman who prolly doesn't have PTSD making law so that the Feds will grace NH with a veterans hospital. That's my guess.
sure it's out there, but only the Dems could take something like pot and completely politicize its use.
