Yes, Hard times have hit EVERYONE. But let's look a t Mr Eastman's life style. For a failing business, i'll bet he is still driving a fancy car, let's look at vacations he is taking with his family. Home improvements. People like him expect to manage others money but can't manage thier own. I say attach everything he owns until paid up. Another "think thier shit don't stink" town official who thinks laws don't apply to them.
