Learn how to drive, dummies. Everyday there's at least one fatal car crash. Wise up, morons.

The dead girl was my niece. She was a good kid who got into the wrong car at the wrong time. Speeding and alcohol with young kids, we've all done it.

The accident was 1 hour before the end of school. Wonder what they were doing besides drinking and driving. May be a little monkeying around? *wink*

She seemed like a well-loved girl. Condolences to the family and friends. Horrible time of year for things like this to happen.

Joe Balls, I have nothing to say to the deceased girl's father, as she was A PASSENGER in the vehicle and therefore innocent. I was referring TO THE DRIVER OF THE VEHICLE, who is a male and still alive. And since you appear slow, I'll say it again. I bet the parents of the MALE driver (who was cutting class, getting drunk, and doing 70mph on a residential street) are a couple of fools.

How stupid are some people to leave ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES as offerings at her roadside memorial? She was 14, and is dead BECAUSE of alcohol, right? C'mon people--learn the lesson. Teach your kids NOT to drink, smoke dope, etc. What a culture of blind irony we have...and what a tragedy they suffer so.

I was there for the roadside service, and didn't see any booze left at the site. But yes, they were jerks if they did it. I know nothing of the driver, just the passenger and her boyfriend, who was in the back seat. They were two years younger than him, and going back to school from having lunch. I'm hoping that if someone bought them the booze, that they are caught and charged with manslaughter, at least. Just imagine how Thanksgiving was for their family.

Poor judgement, how unfortunate.

She was cutting class also and she got into a car where the driver had been drinking. Dumb all the way around.

I don't KNOW which way they were heading but I doubt they couldn't have been heading away from the school because to do that, they would have had to have accelerated from 0-70 in about 100' What does that have to do with anything anyways?

That's the way it goes. Ditch school, and go have a little party somewhere. They'll have to find a new girl to party with now.

JBalls is the type of BSyhter that tries to outdo anyone that has a story, even the newspaper. This is why he is LABELED a chronic troll on topixs where he can posts nothing but unbelieveable stories to people he thinks does not know who he is. Funny how everyone knows but the person himself. So SAD.
