You've been voted off the island by your peers. The Te Tuna tribe says that you have failed.

I've searched some consumer reports sites and looked up some public records and read some things, but has anyone on topix dealt with this company?
I'de hate to sign a lease and get burned some how. Does anyone know of anyone who has done business with these people? Any feedback good or bad would be appreciated.
Stay away, they terrible people. They kicked my Auntie out in street and stole every ting she own.

Just WHAT did they "steal" from her? I bet it all ended up in the trash and the landlord paid to have it removed, plus clean-up costs.

Always read the fine print of the lease. Lock any valuables in a storage locker not on the premises.

Plus keep a sleeping bag and backpack with 3 days rations. Never pay a partial payment on eviction day, they will kick you out anyway. Save that money towards another rental instead. You'll do alright.

My Auntie rented a house from them in Nanakulu behind a shopping mall near a dump.

The onsite manager was a chronic that trapped cats under his house. Black police helicopters flying overhead with search lights and nearby hillside brush fires were frequent.

Many of the nearby houses were decrepit and left empty. They are genuine slum lords.

They would charge fake late fees even though she always paid on time. It's better to be homeless than to rent from these sons a beetches.

What do "Black Helocopters" have to do with their rental?

He was trapping stray cats, that's what you're supposed to do.

Hillside fires are set all over during hot months, still has nothing to do with your landlord.

Bullshit of the fake fees, your aunt must be a moron. She should have shown her receipts to a lawyer.

It could be that it has a lot to do with the landlord if it was on their property and it endangers the safety of people.

Sounds like a big hazard and a question for the Humane Society on top of it. Was he trapping cats to save, or to kill?

Were the helicopters there for drug bust? were the fires because of arson?

Fraudulent late fees? Not too good.

The story suggest that there were a lot of problems related, none that you or I would want to be involved with I'm sure.

If he was trapping the cats to give to the Humane Society, he was killing them. They don't even hold cats for a day. I trap them and relocate them to areas where they can be fed by yuppies. Saturday I shot a dog that I saw killing cats and chickens. After I had hit it at least eight times it finally laid still. Three cats and at least one chicken dead that I know of, and I'm still missing four more chickens. This time I found out who the owner was and dragged the body of the Pitt back to the owner's house and got the usual, Sorry, eh, he got away," like they always do. Sorry? Sorry? If you were sorry you'd have offered to pay me for my losses, you sorry bastids! I don't feed laying hens for six months just so your flea-bad mutt can kill them as soon as they start laying eggs! I'm gonna start billing these sorry fucks.

It doesn't matter. If he or she has insurance it covers all of those welfare recipients living in them if the places burn down.

If all of those druggies would quit growing the wacky tabacky, there wouldn't be any need for the helicopters.

Plus the late fees are justified to cover all of the junk they break on the property. Their landlord was probably trapping the cats to make rugs to go with shower curtains.

Land lording is serious business, we have to watch our bottom line.

You should have charged the owner for the bullets along with all the other losses. Did he give you that dumb local look? You know, such as "UH DUH!

Actually, he wouldn't come out of the house because he knew I would have told him he owes me for the loss. He sent his frail little wife out to talk to me. I felt kind of bad leaving their dog in their driveway, she even put the chain back on it and it was obvious the dog was dead. She was in shock, I think. The bullets cost just a few cents, it's the loss of the eggs that pisses me off. The usual fees for the loss of a laying hen is the projected profits to be made, for three to five generations that that one chicken would have produced. Time five chickens, I'm sure the cost would e over a grand. But since I'd have to file a LOT of paperwork and time in a courtroom, I have to settle for a, "Sorry, eh?" The last time this happened the dog owner offered to buy me a chick to replace a hen. 50 cents. Then all's I had to do was raise it for six months, at my expense. People have no clue, because they invest in NOTHING so they think my stuff is worth nothing.

Joe Balls and Guru are SSI recipients collecting "NUT" checks from the government. Balls, Guru and Lolo all use section 8 housing and food stamps. Harry was their doctor and Leeward lolo was their girl fiend who gave BJ's while they were in the nut ward getting their medicine before they were released.
