I would love to see you try to eat Chicago style pie with your hands!
There's no REAL pizza west of NYC. Everyone knows that. Same with Hoagies.

In some parts of the country; Those are fightin' words!
I've had it (pizza in NYC) it was good, but I've had better "unREAL"
in Paris, MUCH tastier tomato sauce in europe!, Blondies near the Berkeley campus,
and Mrs.' McElroy's (one of my gran's chronies) homemade from scratch.
That's Three very different ways to enjoy my pizza, in three very different places;
semi formal, on the go and with my hands eating from a TV tray.

Such a generalizing nincompoop head. You must put down the Readers Digest and actually leave your dirt hut and experience life without The Digest.

I had a 1973 Toyota Corolla SR5, 5 speed manual, dual Mikuni Carbs, Cam, exhaust, and a gear drive! Although it was a 4 cylinder, it sounded like a V8, especially with the gear drive! Porsche Red, flares, and dropped to the ground. That was one awesome car, plus it ran 13 second quarter miles at the track!
I think that was the R22 motor with the gear drive. I had guys come to me looking for those at as late as the nineties. Could only find one.

Shelley Motors across from Aloha Tower on Ala Moana. In 1970 I bought a new MG from them. They sold Triumph, MG, and Fiat sports cars back then.

My girlfriend worked for Shumann Cadillac and said it was the best job, she really liked working for them and says Mr Shumann was very good to his employees. She only quit because I was sent overseas with the military again.

Hawaii Raceway Park. I used to race there.

Joe, I remember Shelley Motors (where the convention center is now). For extra cash, I used to hang out on the corner waiting for pickups in the evening. Those were the days, my friend.

I remember him, my FIL listened to him. I couldn't stand him and didn't understand why he was so popular. But then, I can't stand Perry/Price neither, and they are popular. I especially hate their Saturday morning shows where they broadcast from the room full of screaming old generics. Price just can't stop re-living his days as a coach.

The Coronet department store in Wahiawa. And the old bus stop there. Lake Wilson, with the KAPU signs. No McDonalds or any fast food places in 1973, just one or two Chinese restaurants and a place called Family Restaurant. Around the island on DA Bus for 25 cents.

Same guy. He was head coach of UH from 74-76. He was also quite a football player in the 60's, even tried out for the Rams.
