Lamug was driving early in the morning from a party celebrating Bachiller's bithday. You sure no drinking? Does he ingest illegal drugs? Pakalolo makes you sleepy. If he was sleepy, why didn't he pull over and sleep a little or have someone else drive? Or call a cab or someone's parent to pick them up. The kids would be alive if he did that. His poor judgment has killed 2 people.

This accident happened almost 2 years ago. Why does it take so long to get to trial.

Did they test the driver for drugs or alcohol?

The two victims probably were not wearing their seatbelts since they were ejected from the car.

Did the car have a current safety inspection?

If I remember correctly was this his grandmother's car? If it was than I feel sorry for her and her assets.

Atleast my family and I will at least have some closure now that it is nearing the 2 year anniversary (May 13, 2006, 3:47 am). From one story to another, the truth will finally be told.

It's about time this case is going to trial. What a long wait for those families who never deserve to grieve this way. My heart & prayers go out to the Bachiller & Vierra family.
The court should go after the registered owner of that car that this reckless and irresponsible kid was driving. Lamug was cited with several traffic citations after this accident while attending college in the mainland. What's up with that? I hope the truth will come out so the families can finally have closure on this.....
