I think that that dumb bitch should go to jail for the rest of her life whtat kind of a perosn sits around while a so called friend dies. She is a dumb bitch and should have been the one that died that night not Danielle Dona deserves nothing but the worst punishment possible...

I agree. When I used to get high as a teenager with my friends we looked out for eachother.
A couple times some friends overdosed on X, or cocaine. We bit the bullet and either called 911 or drove them to the hospital and faced the consequences. It's better to get a fine and community service and keep a friend alive than to have them die on you over something that could have been prevented.

Even though doing drugs is a foolish thing to do in the first place, if you're going to do them be safe about it.

i had someone spike a drink on me once and i woke to find i had been raped while knocked out.spiking drinks is just wrong and you should have gotten in trouble for it if they had known it was you that lead to that horrid thing happening to that young girl.but i guess not,i hope you learn from that and never do that again.doing drugs is the choice of the person doing it and they are aware of what they are doing spiking drinks does not give the drinker the choice to say no i don't want to do that .not fair.

First of all, there was other people who claimed to have seen this girl "let her friend die." Why are these people not being charged as well. If anything, wouldn't they be held more liable since they were not under the influence of drugs?!

What happened sucks. It's hard to say that the convicted was actually even aware of what was happening...

I think it's bullshit that this girl is getting charged with HOMICIDE. It sounds to me like a cop-out. Let's blame the girl she was with so that our perfect daughter doesn't seem like your typical experimental drug user...

Put the accused in treatment. I'm sure she understands now the weight of what happened. Don't pin on one girl. Blame the girl who took the drugs, the girl she was with, the parents for letting her go out, everyone who witnessed it, BLAME EVERYONE.
