this place sucks they put on the 'OPEN'sign at 1am yet when you walk in they say they are not open til 4.they won't last a year.way overpriced and sucky parking too.

I think your comment sucks!!!!!!!!!! Just go to Dennys, Phil......they have cheap food and plenty of parking. Leave the nicer restaurants to people who can appreciate FINE DINING!

The service was horrible, waited a total of 2 1/2 hours for food and then it wasn't even prepared correctly, and when I spoke to the manager all she did was blame the server. I ended up not eating at all and going home for toast.
The bartender was in a really bad mood as well.

This place sucks! My wife and I went once last year and the meal was terrible! Our appitizer (we had the Antipasti) tasted like everything came from a can! My steak....I wouldnt have fed it to the dog and my wife's pasta tasted like spaghetti-oh's!...and This meal cost $130.00!

We decided to give it a shot once more this past New Years (in hopes that our first experience was just a bad day). EVEN WORSE! Again my steak was disgusting. It wasn't even a good cut of meat! My wife had the beef wellington....the dough was still raw when it was served!! Our appitizer (prosciutto and melon) tasted like onions. Desserts (we each had one -$8 each)were not bad. actually the best part of the meal. If my dinner was half as good as the desert I would have been happy. and this meal...$140.

I will never set foot in that place again! Any "Grille" that can mess up a steak like that is not work it. Especially for as much money as they charge.

We went there last week on a date and it was wonderful! I don't know what these people are talking about! Usually we have to go to Seattle to get this quality! We sat in the back. It was dimly lit and had a romantic atmosphere! Our food was awesome!!! Their wine selection is great too! The service was topnotch! We haven't had this nice of a dinner in a long time. It was a refreshing change.

I love how the owners come on here trying to pretend that they are customers. Step up the food and the service and you won't have to spend time and energy defending yourself. Get over your ego and fix things.
Why are there no good restaurants in Everett? Alligator Soul is the best we have, and even that is hit or miss.

We ate at the Grille on Wednesday, May 7th. I have to say I am very disappointed. The menu says in several places "No Substitutions Allowed." Not a friendly saying, and certainly not the norm for the restaurants in our area. Other restaurants are now more than happy to accomodate the customer. The feeling we got was "Do it their way or not at all." When I asked about the early bird specials, the server acted like she'd never heard of such a thing, and actually had to go ask somebody where those menus were. My prime rib was huge, but quite cold in the middle. The baked potato was so hot, I couldn't eat it for quite a while. I had the option of two desserts, ice cream or a ladyfinger coffee flavor cake. Not much choice for dessert, which should be the finishing touch. We won't be returning.$100 for 3 meals, 3 beers, and a hostile environment. No thanks.

i hate this place its 2 cold in winter time the feable atempt by owner to try and save a penny by putting space heaters on the walls dous not work no one likes to dine in a jacket!!!!! turn on the heat you cheap ass!!! the food is ok to bland however the drinks are stiff and cheap.nice atmespheare when theee general manager token is not there he is a pompas rude man who enjoys bragging about him self while telling tales about prostitutes and how half the time he is so good that thy dont make him pay. lol thats not what i like hearing about over a meal.and the trashy red head bartender is just as bad she will entertain you with stories of her un grown toe nail and how her father picks it out with a neadle 4 her. Yummy how about a stake with a side of toe jam. if you hire trashy peaple your buisness will be trash!

You may not be dumb but you sure are stupid. I am not defending this restaurant. I have never been any closer to this restaurant than passing by while on the way to somewhere other than the restaurant.

I was about to try this place this past Fri night but there was a Jazz band playing really slow want to make me go to sleep music, so I went somewhere else and then I came across this site while looking for a website and see there menu. I want to thank all who have given honest reviews; this has saved me a wasted trip and hard earned money. I will find another place to dine. OH and who is that Turk guy! What a joke!

My boyfriend and I go to the Prohibition Grill on a regular basis and many of the comments related to the food and service are often true.

Consistency and quality can be a problem but the wine selection and atmosphere are usually quite good. It's worth mentioning that the bus boy / Spanish Guitar player is fantastic. His impromptu playing made our evening.

I recommend the following:

Appetizer - Calamari Saltati
Dinner - Jack of Clubs Salmon
Wine - Tamarack Cellars

All in all we still enjoy frequenting the restaurant and the food and service are slowly improving. Try it again.

We just had a wonderful dinner at Prohibition Grill - so good, in fact, that I was compelled to come directly home and write a review. I got an email that it was the first night under a new owner and had to go check it out. The atmosphere is very nice, the service was impressive, and the chef really knows how to run his kitchen! We very much enjoyed our meals. They had a very flavorful Rib-eye. The Hushpuppies were incredible. The Catfish, partnered with the Jalapeño Cole Slaw and Corn Bread brilliantly complement one another. It immediately became one of our favorite places! One tip: if you want ribs, have an early dinner - as they seem to get snapped right up. I've got to try those next time! The only issue I saw was that it does get a bit chilly when the front door opens, if seated up front. I would suggest to them that they build a barrier by the door.

I went there with my husband last spring and it was pleasant, with a nice atmosphere. The food was defiitely better than spaghettios, but about Olive Garden level for the taste. The service wasn't fast, but if I want fast, I can go to to Wendy's or open that can:)
I loved the interior and loved that there was not ONE single kid. I love kids, but it is nice to be in a kid free zone.

This place is under new ownership and offers completely different food now, more of a gourmet Southern-style food now, and tries to focus on good service and a nice atmosphere.

The weekend entertainment should start soon and there is already live bellydancing on Thursdays around 8:30 p.m. The timing is still being worked out to make sure it is at a good time for the customers. It was at 9pm but that proved too late.

Since it has only been open for a few weeks now, it is the best time to give feedback. Give it a try and see what you think.

I am not the owner, but do know her, and I let her know all feedback I see, negative and positive. After all, how is she supposed to address issues if no one tells her about them. Lisa - I will pass on your suggestion.

GREAT! I went there today for lunch and had an amazing bacon burger. Most times you go to places and the burgers are like the ones they give you at a highschool cafeteria. Not this place though. My friend, who had the same, loved it also, and we said we'd definitely be coming back. Finally a really good, and clean place, in Everett. The wait staff was the best I ever had in the downtown area, refilling sodas as soon as they were gone, and very nice. I saw some of the meals they were cooking, and they looked pretty damn good. The place was busy (not too busy though) at lunch, which is always a good sign.

It's a shame that the old management gave this place a bad name. All the reviews online are pretty terrible for the old steakhouse-type place, and my friend at work told me it wasn't worth going back then, and I never did. I just guess the inside was way too nice to just go to waste, and someone bought it. I'm shocked they kept the name Prohibition Grill; it is an awesome name but when you look it up online mostly everyone hates it.

This NEW OWNERSHIP Prohibition Grill is the best place I've been to in Everett for burgers, and most impressive in how it presents itself. I'll be going back very soon to try other items on the menu.
