It seems that offensives odors are more important than stopping the teens from the apartments on beach ave by the boys and girls club from trespassing on private property and crossing the rr tracks behind municipal court building. These kids have been placing foreign objects on tracks setting fires urinating in public threatening citizens smoking dope and stealing. Please stop these kids before someone gets hit by a train.
