My question is, guilty of what?

Do I think he abuses his rights as an Alderman.....absolutely. Weather an exaggeration or not, he went there looking for trouble. None of his business, not his ward, if something was being done that was illegal, that's what we have police for. I don't want him up there saying stupid things and making stupid decisions because he has clouded judgment. That is not proper behavior from a politician and it just leaves a black eye on the city once gain.

He certainly does NOT have judgment at all. He stands up and speaks against Wood Waste then he votes in favor of Wood Waste. He's the biggest idiot in Everett, and if he can sell his vote that quick, I cant imagine what else.

Bottom line- He should not be on the Board of Alderman. That is not proper representation for the people. If he does not step down, there needs to be a vote of no confidence. I will hold the lawmakers responsible for that one.

Since when does making a pass at someone disqualify a person from holding office. If he is such a clown then why does he get elected. It's up to the voters to decide if he should be gone not a couple of jerks on a blog.

Using the voting rights he has and an "in" as alderman to his advantage.

Just that alone he should step out. I've seen the copy, it's not good. Will he do jail time....doubt it. At this point it's an ethical issue and he should not be voting on any matters concerning city business. It also proves he's not dedicated to the people and how fast he would sell his vote.

Why do you all feel as though you have the right to make judgement on another's ethics ?

Making a pass at a man or woman is still legal in America. But touching their breasts or genitals when meeting them is a crime.....sexual assault.

I don't know Jason well enough to comment on weather he is guilty or innocent. I've never heard of him doing anything like this before. He may be goofy and I've never voted for him, but I'm not going to judge him until there is proof or he's been convicted of it.

Some facts: Jason admitted to being at the shop on a Sunday morning to get a haircut {even though he got one there the previous Thursday}. Jason admitted to just "tring to give her a kiss" On the other side: The alleged victim said he sexuallly assaulted her. The poilce logically concluded something allegedlly happened. They arrested Jason and decided to let the courts handle the alledged incident. Jason needs a good lawyer. If Jason is convicted of sexual assult, he could get jail time, community service or probation. ONE LITTLE PROBLEM HERE....If Jason is convicted of ANY TYPE of sexual assault. He will NOW BE LISTED as a sex offender. And sex offenders are restricted on where they can live {not near schools}.....etc.....etc.....e tc.....May the truth "come out"

To Question : How do you know that he went there to get a haircut? How do you know that he got one the previous Thursday ? How do you know that he admitted to "trying to give her a kiss" ? Are you just repeating what has been previously posted in this thread ? If so, then we don't need you to repeat what somebody else believes is true. Where are the facts ? No-one knows the facts, unless the are a witness, and they can't tell you while the case is still going on. So, I don't want to read the dribble of an echoer. But, if it turns you on.....

All of the local newspapers OMITTED Jason's arrest. So much for reporting the news

To Question... Police Report Requests: You may request a copy of a police report only when an investigation into an incident has been completed, and the case has been officially closed. All active investigations are restricted to law enforcement personnel. Persons requesting the police report must have an involvement in the case as a victim, witness, or a defendant...This was posted in another thread. So, maybe, I do NOT stand corrected !

The police report is out there. It was sent to every member of the city council and to Claire Laidlaw's parent's. Have no clue where it came from and don't think it was the right thing to do, but that is the reason why we know something took place. This all happened back in November and not a word was said.

To Report, you said a copy of the police report was sent to Claire Laidlaw's parents. Is this the accuser in this case, and are you suggesting that she was a minor?...please answer.

No, Claire Laidlaw is Jason's girlfriend. As I said earlier, I don't believe it was the right thing to do. Yet, it is the reason why this has been out in the public. I have no idea who sent the police report out, I do know it was sent.
