More drug busts and a prostitue arrested in Everett

Everett Police Arrest Six
Everett Police Chief Steven A. Mazzie announces the arrest of six in unrelated drug and prostitution investigations. Chief Mazzie is committed to keeping the pressure on drug distributors as the summer kicks off. He encourages residents to get involved by reporting suspicious activity in their neighborhoods.
Fronge F. Pierre, 30, of 4 Jackson Gardens, Cambridge was arrested on June 17th for the sale of drugs to an undercover officer.
Detectives assigned to the Everett Police Special Investigations Unit and the Malden Police Drug Unit arrested Fronge F. Pierre after an undercover officer arranged and purchased crack cocaine from him at Florence St. Park. Fronge F. Pierre was additionally found in possession of (8) bags of crack cocaine and (1) bag of powder cocaine. He was charged and arraigned for the Distribution of a Class B substance, Possession with the intent to distribute a Class B substance and Possession with intent to distribute a Class B substance in a park zone.
In an unrelated incident, Harold Rodriquez, 42, of 175 Vine St. Everett, Stacey Kay Russo, 28, of 175 Vine St., and Rafael E. DeLarosa, 32, of 85 Lawton St. Lynn were arrested June 19th as a result of a drug investigation on Vine St.
The Everett Police Special Investigations Unit along with the Malden Police Drug Unit conducted an investigation after receiving several complaints of possible drug activity at 175 Vine St.
Surveillance was conducted and the officers observed Stacey Kay Russo leave 175 Vine St. and meet and purchase heroin from a male later identified as Rafael E. DeLarosa. Both parties were followed, stopped and arrested. Stacey Kay Russo was charged with Possession of a Class A substance and Rafael E. DeLarosa was charged with Distribution of a Class A substance and Distribution of a Class A substance in a school zone. Additionally, Harold Rodriquez was arrested for seven outstanding warrants when found at 175 Vine St. with his and Ms. Russos two minor children.
On June 24th the Everett Police Special Investigations Unit and the Malden Police Drug Unit arrested Harold B. Pierre, 35 of 295 Windsor St. Cambridge for Possession with intent to distribute a Class B substance, Distribution of a Class B substance in a school zone, giving false information to a police officer and two outstanding warrants.
An officer acting in an undercover capacity contacted Harold B. Pierre and was directed to Raymond St. where he purchased (3) bags of crack cocaine. Officers placed Pierre under arrest and when booked he gave a false name. The detectives found through their investigation his true identity and that he frequently stays at 82 Walnut St. Pierres room was searched and an additional (16) bags of crack cocaine and (1) bag of powder cocaine were found.
Also on June 24th, the Everett Police Special Investigations Unit while working an unrelated drug investigation arrested Charlyne M. Simms, 43, of 366 Broadway for Engaging in sex for a fee.
An undercover officer observed female walking the Glendale Square Area that he had recognized from the past waving and smiling at passing motor vehicles.
Another undercover officer was contacted and he approached the female on foot and engaged her in conversation. During the conversation the female offered the officer sex several times for $20 dollars. Officers placed the female under arrest

that is the girl Stacy Russo who got caught robbing a house with her baby in a stroller now she has two kids oh great welfare for two now!!!!!! here come two more messed up kids. Why would the state let her keep those two babies she is a heroin addict!!!!!!!!!!

no kidding this state is a joke... I know a familt that has an 18yr old daughter who has yr old doent work you know the rest...So she gets to have the state pay for her son to go to a day care 70$ a day.But she is so lazy she doesnt take the kid.But me who works 50hrs a week have to pay all of that .We cant afford that so my wife has to stay home which means she cant work which means we have less money to live with on son and so forth.....

This is what has become of Everett. Prostitutes in Glendale Square. Drug dealers coming in from Cambridge. It's not safe to live here anymore.

THEY SHOULD DRUG TEST ALL PEOPLE THAT GET HELP FROM THE STATE AND IF THEY COME UP DIRTY FOR DRUG THEY SHOULD STOP THERE CHECK. THEY STOP YOUR CHECK WHEN YOU GO TO JAIL. I THINK THERE NOTHING WRONG WITH SOMEPNE GET A CHECK THAT NEEDS IT. BUT PEOPLE WHO GET HIGH AND DONT EVEN TRY TO BETTER THEM SELF SHOULD GET REMOVE FROM THE HELP.
