He turned himself in and confessed to the shooting. Technically they didn't do anything.

I was told that the EPD was looking for him in connection with this tragedy and when he heard that, he turned himself in.

you guys r debating who should gain credit over the kid turning himself in, and the only thing that matters in this whole thing is that the kid lost his life...he was shot dead. who cares who brings justice to this whole thing, we can only be happy it was brought. does anyone know why Dave was shot or what happened the night he was killed? ive heard a couple stories on what happened but i would like to know the facts and not just rumors. i knew the kid personally.

yea mike and mazzie rules the same person well anyway how are we wrong mike? malden police solved the stabbing infront of store 24 2 yrs ago, we have somebody who is close with the suspect who said he turned himself in? but we are all dopes, you love the police so much either your A. a police officer or B. a wanna-be who is in love with being a police officer

how did the Malden Police solve the crime u dope? oh they found a person wanted by Everett PD. and ya your right the other person just said "you know what i'm just going to turn my self in for murder" once again u r a ------- dope.

Do they teach you to READ in the academy? It specifically states in the article, "The defendant turned himself into Everett Police 6:00 p.m. Friday." Great detective work Sherlock!
