Mike, you sound more like a DeMaria supporter. You say you're with Millie 100 percent, but you first call them all boobs.
Get out and vote

Robert VanCampen has been out and about for weeks now. Bumper stickers on many, many cars He has been visiting neighborhoods all over the city. I truly wish that Millie would step aside and give her support to Robert. He is the most qualified of all the candidates.

Not sure about Millie stepping aside right now. I don't believe she will make it past the primary and then, hopefully, all her votes will go to Bob......

Everett needs a change in government big time !!! Just read the inflated payroll with all the hires -- at huge salaries !!! and a $35K raise for the mayor ???? I mean who gets that kind of raise in any job ????

MIKE: If Millie doesn't make it through the primary, then who will your vote go to ??? She may do well but I don't think she can top Bob....

The mayor is thrilled that Millie is running (he's told people)....they will split the vote & have to spend a lot of money on the primary. Just like Wayne's opponents did. BUT what if the mayor lost the primary like Hanlon did????

Dont you get it? The mayor is THRILLED that Millie is running. He wants her to run. All she is doing is guaranteeing him a 4 year term. Shame on HER for not putting the needs of the city first!

Being new to this forum, I am most likely to get insulted, but I have to say something for Millie Cardillo, I think it's about time that the city at least look at electing a woman. If not electing, just look into it. She has done nothing that has embarrassed the city, so far, and she must be better then the guy in the office now. I think that we can show that we can be ahead of the curve in doing that.

I have no objections to a woman mayor -- or even President of the USA....However, it has to be the RIGHT woman - not voted for just because she is a WOMAN.

Although Millie might be a nice person, I'm not sure she would be the right choice, at this time anyway, for mayor of Everett.

Bob is a lawyer; he is smart; he read and comprehends agreements (I don't think our present mayor does)....So this family will be voting for RVC. Go Bob !!!!

No chance of that happening..it will be Carlo vs VanCampen for all the money the possible casino will be bringing in. Look for Carlos people to spend as much as it takes to pull that one out. I hope he wins. ;)

Saw the supporters' picture in the Advocate -- makes him look formidable ... but IF IF IF people get out and vote, there is a good chance for the mayor's office to change mayors. I'm betting everyone holding a sign is an appointee of this administration - good God look at the number of people !!!! Think of their salaries and benefits package - I am really who would want to lose those golden benefits ..... the longer any politician is in office, the larger his machine grows, that's a known fact.....

The FAT ONE has done nothing for this city of Everett but forced many original people to sell-move-rent their homes.
Our taxes has gone from the lowest to the highest taxes.
He has hired and created many many Jobs at city hall, which this city ran quite well without all the jobs created.
All the corruption that has been in this city Since he has been mayor and has Done nothing about it.
I have seen stories about FFF school Sup. and he never commented about it. The Wayne Matewsky deal no comment.
Oh the crime there was a comment in the papers that it went down. He is fat and full of you know what.
He as done nothing for me and the people of Everett but cost me higher Taxes because of his unfounded ability to be for the people of Everett but only for his self. Just because he wants to move Everett at a fast monetary pace does not mean we tax payers can keep up so we have to move out or sell and rent and you all know what that means.

Again vote for a change and vote for Robert Van Campen he will get this city right.

it's time for a change in the city and Rob is the man!! The mayor is on vacation again this year, how many is he allowed on our dime. With the casino, more than likely coming. I believe Rob will do what's right for the CITY not for himself, like Carlo. It's time for a Change!!!

Now that Carlo's a big Wynn"bag" I wonder how much under-the-table-money he will get for the casino? Mind you, not that politicians take bribes or do anything illegal.
