I passed the 8 hour assessment along with the drug test and physical and got a call for orientation. I've heard mixed reviews and if I take this job i'll have to quit my current one which is a gamble. I just had a few questions for anyone who knows more about it. I asked about which shift I'd get and she told me i'd find out at orientation. Do I find out the first day or just sometime throughout? How long is orientation last day wise? I was told 6:30 to 3:15 but I don't know how many days that shift will last. I'd prefer first shift but i don't know the possibilities of getting that. And last but not least, is it a good place to work? I've heard the stories of surgeries and all of that stuff, but I'd say i'm a hard worker and can hold my own. Any helpful tips or answers would be appreciated.

I worked for Aerotek for 2 years and I am now a Toyota employee! I think it is a good place to work. I was on days for the Aerotek 2 years and now am on nights! Nights aren't too bad! The orientation is a weekish. You will know by Wednesday of that week where you are going and what shift. As far as the surgeries...... Many people out there have surgeries, but you will have that with any hard working job! I left a good job for this one and it was one of the best decisions I've made! Hope that helps.

working for Aerotek sucks the tell you one thing and do something different on the test the math is a conveyor belt of products and each one has time on how long it takes also question about how you would handle situation at work REMEMBER this in the back of you head Aerotek does not want you to cause any problems at Toyota do your job so they don't have do handle any more then they do now and if in any way you have a problem your on the shit list don't rush the test it has 10 section the 8 hour work day is different listen to how they tell you what to do HOW and you will pass it just know this Toyota has a lot of people kiss ass so if you want to get ahead be willing to eat shit
