Time Warner Cable has raised their priced and service has gotten worse. Trying to even get in touch with them is impossible. More people should contact their better business bureau. And let twc know we're tired of the way they treat their costomers.

Why do that?! Just cancel your service and go to another provider. Going to the BBB won't do a damn thing. Lol. They can do what they want with their pricing. With a company that big..you think they will be shut down just by a couple people reporting shit to the BBB?!?!

I've already done that. But if enough people would make their voice heard it would be a pain in their ass.

Direct Tv has some pretty decent deals. You can get pretty fast internet from WOW for $30 a month.

TWC is a joke. I feel bad for the former Insight employees that have to defend this company.

I don't feel one bit bad for a lot of the former insight employees. I think they got what they deserved for how they treated some of their employees. Favoritism played a large part in promotions and what rules were enforced. If Time Warner can make changes so that all employees are treated equal then I applaud them for that. Transitions take time but hopefully it will make a difference for all employees and not just the select few that management favors.

I agree that they had no idea what they were talking about. Either they hire idiots or their training sucks. I even asked for a supervisor and she was so rude that it was unbelievable. I dropped their service the next day. Good luck to anyone with a problem trying to get anything resolved with them.

time warner email system is trash, insight was so much better, even our bank said they are having a lot of problems with time warner email system
