Help! I wanna lose weight, I just have no way to a gym, I've been doing sit ups and eating better. Any other ways? Also, I'm only 17.

160 is fat. Sit ups don't burn fat! Burn more calories than u eat is only way to lose weight! No secrets ! Do brisk walking and lift weights and eat 5 small meals a day!

It depends on your height and if you are a male or female. If you are 6 foot, 160 isn't fat. If you are 5 foot, it is. Walking briskly will help, but you have to eat healthy foods. No fried fatty foods. Bake chicken or turkey. Eat baked fish. It is better for you and is full of protein.

It's not either models have to be 5'8 which usually keep there weight at 115-125 which is not healthy for a six foot girl. Wth is wrong with people ... 5'10 125 ur crazie, Im 5'5 weigh 120 and people tell me I need to gain weight all the time I have abs, I work out three four days a week n there obvioustly silly.. 5'10 135-145 ur good....

I'm 5-6 and I weigh 200lbs but I know I'm not fat I only have 4% body fat.

I'm 5'8 at 150 and can't get but maybe five pounds lighter before I start looking way too thin. You are crazy dude. 125 on me would look like I was dying. My hip bones, ribs and collar bones all jut out already as it is. Mr. Fitness just wants ms. Anorexic.

I say no. Everybody is built different. Plus I don't believe I all that you gotta be this tall and weigh this much crap.If u feel good about yourself I say don't change. Beauty comes in all sizes

My daughter is 5ft 8, she weighs 168. She is very muscular and plays sports. Her thighs and butt are muscled and firm, no jiggle no wiggle. So I would agree that it depends on your body type and your body condition.
