No apparently it wasn't reasonable and it was incorrect else they would have raided the correct house. Newsflash for you, Judges sign bad warrants all the time. So am I. I can tell you that yes they can if they have a warrant or exigent circumstances exist and in the case of the later a warrant isn't needed.
