Is this a facility where people live? Or do the employees that work here, take care of people at their own residence?

People take care of people with disabilities in group homes or their own home. Like ResCare. They don't hire tho. Its hard to get a job there. Good luck!!

Horrible place to work for. I worked for them for about 7 months was miserable. They just out for money thats it. My clients hadhorrible behavior and they just made excusses for them. I have two friends working for them still and are miserable. Big turn over rate, so not hating at all. I say steer clear.

I have to agree with Thick_chick, QRL and their subsidiary MTC (Mother's Touch Care)is an absolute joke to work for.

The starting hourly wage sounds great until you get in there and find that they do not pay over-time (straight time wages only), there are ZERO benefits (no insurance, sick/vacation days, etc.) and they do not reimburse for mileage. The field coordinators are miserable at best and offer little to no support to the staff members working in the homes.

They're both highly unorganized and you'd do better looking for a job elsewhere. They will hire anyone as long as the person has a car and a pulse. Thick hit the nail on the head 100% saying that QRL is out for the money. I was so relieved to find work elsewhere with a reputable company.

Does Trista still work there? She worked there along time. She took care of a family member of mine.

it has its moments for sure. im in a house w 3 clients and it can be trying at times. i do agree that they dont do enough w the clients that have behavior problems tho 5000%. we r suppost to be helping them learn how to interact w people in the world, but when they have a behavior we basicly just have to ignore it. at most they get a slap on the wrist. its just like teaching a child that there is a concequence to there action. qrl doesnt do that. over all i really like my job. but i do believe it all depends on ur client(s).

Trista doesn't work there anymore. I just quit. Terrible company to work for. I couldn't get out fast enough. My client threatened me with rape and I was told to suck it up. I ope they get shut down, all they care about is money

Supervisors treat their staff members like crap. You ask off it's a no, but they have you covering for them whenever they want a personal day! Who is in charge of the supervisors?

I was there 2 year an I enjoyed my residents no group homes mainly assistive living. They starr out at $10 a hour no benefits. Qny overtime you work you will be paid straight pay not time an a half. Holiday pay is only up to 8 hrs regaurdless if your stuck working a 12-16 hr shift. Theyr good for their residents but are horrible to the employees. I would honestly say to get on out there you really have to know someone or have some kind of experience. They will work yoy like a dog an will try to payyou under the table because the home managers are lazy an don't want to work only because they are salary paid if somekne calls in after your shift they expect yu to stay the next shift if they can't find anyone to cover it. There's plenty more I could say but that's the basics I would never refer anyone to them an I wouldn't go back to work for them.
