I guess the police having video of this was smart. Now will the city employee George Madison be held accountable for what he did?
No he won't be held accountable. And we all know why. I just watched the video and it is quite apparent who the problem was. I hope his church doesn't condone his foul language.

How does the video some how justify the officers? it doesn't even start until after he was already cuffed, and one even admits they stopped because he waved. Which is pretty much what this whole debate is about.

And I said this days ago: I never believed the officers did something illegal. They can basically stop anyone for almost any reason, the way the law is written. But that doesn't make their actions "right". They over reacted that is pretty clear. It seems they test how far they push people constantly, "legally" of course.

George had every reason to be upset. Hell, he works with these guys, and they cuff him for a traffic violation and pull out a taser? Then don't even write a ticket..because they only stopped to hassle him, because he waved.

it seems to me he was put in cuffs because he couldn't control his bodily functions. lacked the self-control to stop, stand still and shut up. neither are hard to do, and they were perfectly within their rights to cuff him for the safety of everyone involved.
