I posted the Indiana Code once before but apparently you can't read. I will post it again. Murder IS BAILABLE.
IC 35-33-8-2 bail for murder charge.
Sec2 (a) murder is not bailable when the proof is evident or the presumption strong. In all other cases, offenses are bailable.
(B) a person charged with murder has the burden of proof that he should be admitted to bail.
MURDER US BAILABLE IN THE STATE OF INDIANA!
If it WASNT bailable than he wouldn't be out. Either that OR he wasn't charged with "murder".
To the other dumbass that said my reference was TruTV and laughable, I say to you, it's NOT called "TruTV" for nothing.:P
Roger that capn I can only go on what I read in the paper.....I do believe we are on the same page; I did say 1) because they are guilty

I have been robbed before. I had a gun put to my head, it ain't pretty, but I didn't chase down the robbers and exact revenge.
He wasn't looking for revenge. He thought these thugs had kidnapped his daughter. He got home from work when they attacked him and he was unaware his daughter was at a friends house for the night. I wouldn't hesitate for a second if I thought somebody had my child..

something is seriously wrong with your story if what you say is the truth then he would have a simple charge of reckless homicide and not murder. His own statements and lies to the authorities and his 'other' life is why he's charged with murder. So you can save that story cause it has no merit whatsoever.

He got murder instead of reckless homicide because he deliberately hit them. And yes, that is what happened, he was just looking for his daughter. This happened right over by where my family lives and I know his family. Those little punks got what they deserved!! That's what you get for breaking into somebody's house.

reckless homicide is a deliberate offense as well. Ask old man Buttons he got it years old for deliberately shooting a man that ran off with his cigarette money. Nobody cares if they deserved it or not he knowingly and intentionally committed a serious crime that resulted in a death. Stop justify and making excuses for his actions. If the authorities thought his actions were justified he never would've been charged.

He admitted he was lying about that. He knew they didn't have his daughter. People believe anything the media tells them. That was the first story, the second story he said he knew they didn't have his daughter, the next story was, he was following them so they wouldn't get away. So many stories, no wonder he's taking the fifth. His family was never in any danger. It was him and the robbers, no one else. Someday I hope the real truth comes out, but I doubt it will come out of his mouth.

Seriously, if he is being robbed he's in danger.
If he was in such danger why chase down dangerous men?? The comment that I replied to said his daughter was in danger. We know he was in danger. Goodness the crazies that come out on this thing are hilarious.

My point is this. He was charged with "murder", he made bail because "murder" IS a bailable offense. He didn't make bail because he was a businessman, he made bail because bail was set and he was able to afford it.
I don't NOT believe that a jury will convict him of murder but, will convict him of one of the lesser crimes included by the law. That is my opinion but what is NOT my opinion is whether it not murder us a bailable offense. It is!
Someone way back in this thread said that murder was NOT bailable and it is. That's all.
no problem bud
