She's living a miserable life though, custody of zero of her kids. Constantly on the news for getting caught with meth. Deserves it. I hope one day she will face a jury, I never really figured out why she hasnt

Maybe because she really doesnt know what happened...U both said how bad of a druggie she is. So is it that far fetched to believe that the girl was F'd up(like she usually is) and just doesnt know what happened??? I've known her since before she was like this and i believe she would have already admitted to it or told on whoever by now...

Unsolved Murder: Benjamin Doyle

EVANSVILLE, IN (WFIE)- On the late evening hours of September 12, 2001 Tracy Wongngamnit hosted a party at her apartment which was located at 5159 Cass Avenue.

Several people attended the party, one of them was 23-year-old Benjamin Doyle.

Doyle's mom tells 14 News that him and Tracy had just broken up.

Both remanded friendly, even at the party, which is even more puzzling why Doyle ended up at the bottom of a staircase... in his own blood.

Doyle was found unresponsive in the morning. It was discovered that he had head injuries.

Investigators originally thought Doyle had fallen down the stairs after a night of drinking, but a coroner's report showed he had no drugs or alcohol in his system.

Doyle had a skull fracture, brain swelling and bruising.

An autopsy was performed and it was discovered that Benjamin had been beaten to death.

For seven years, Doyle's mom, Bridget Donnellan said she knew what happened to her son.

"I knew he was murdered because Tracy is a scamp," said Donnellan.

"We treated her like family, and look what she did to our kid," said Donnellan. "That's all I got to say."

Donnellan says many people at the party that night have come to her, telling her there's more to the story than Tracy was telling. Donnellan immediately took that information to police.

"I aggravated the crap out of everyone downtown," said Donnellan.

The case grew cold but police got a break in 2007. Or so they thought.

On August 1, 2008 a grand jury indicted Tracy Wongngamnit for Murder.

She was arrested and placed into jail.

In the spring of 2009, the Murder charge was dismissed and Tracy Wongngamnit was released from jail.

Police continue to build a case against Wongngamnit and others they believe were involved in the homicide.

Lets keep this in the front of Topix and anywhere else it can be put and hopefully somebody will come forward with some info that will lead to an arrest and give his family so closure. I remember when Tracy was arrested and how nerves and worried Kristy was. I have not seen Kristy in a few years but still think she knows more then she says about this.

I don't understand how an autopsy was performed and clearly Ben was sober and beaten to death. There were a handful of people there.... Come on epd this case should have been solved and the victims hearts put to rest years ago.

So true. Some of the people that was there are just trouble. I would bet that Ben would have become a productive citizen and a great guy to know. If we keep this out and keep talking about his MURDER somebody just might say something that will help put people behind bars where they belong.

Someone knows something. EPD should talk to the people that was there again. It sounds like they should talk to kristy dale first. If you google the name kristy dale nothing but google kristy vincent evansville and it pulls a lot of police reports. She even is listed on the IDOC.
