I'd have to agree. If Missy didn't have a few likable employees, she'd be in deep trouble.

So OK Missy, The Office aint gonna close. That being said, do you think you could fix the stall in the men's bathroom??? If someone has to use the toilet, they are basically on public display. Please fix it ASAP. You've got a reasonably nice place, but not fixing what is broke is unacceptable.

Most likely the result of drunks destroying the bathroom. Not the first time that has happened there.

As a business owner you fix what is broken. If you don't want to fix it, don't own a business. if you don't want the drunks breaking it, then don't over-serve people. Simple as that. Or if they are drunk when they come in, show them to the door. Believe it or not it is against the law to over-serve a patron. And when you do you are at fault for any accidents that occur after they are drunk. You can't have it both ways. If you want to make the money from the booze you have to fix what is broken by those that have had too much.

Was in there Friday night, the throne has been repaired. Happy dumps to all.

I don't think they are going out of business but boy do I wish their food would get better! Ate there Friday night for Valentine's day-they had a special menu to pick from and the food our table got was horrible...and expensive. The waitress just raved on their menu as she read off our choices....2 ouf 3 steaks weren't cooked even close to what was ordered, the mashed potatoes were like paste and the chicken modiga looked like leather with some liquid poured on top. They only had 2 vegetable choices in their sides-carrots and creamed spinach-yuck. So disappointed. The next night we ate at Tuckers steak house in South County and actually paid less for our meal there then we did at The Office! And the meal at Tuckers was fantastic. What a shame they can't do better than that.

It never was anything anyway. A loud hole in the wall with crap food that took too long and had owners in it for all the wrong reasons. BTW....... anybody know how Matt kept his job with the educational system in the Belleville area without getting fired?!?! People in that position with those job titles are to have NO AFFILIATION with an alcohol centered establishment; as example no bars with 100 ft of a school. We all know he is affiliated not by marriage but by investment so is it simply his bosses have turned a blind eye or they may simply not know???? Phone call anyone?!?!?!?

how does "no bars within a 100ft of a school" translate to a person employed by a schools district can't be involved in an alcohol elated business 20 miles away? If its written separately then its so, but if that's the only evidence you have then you have nothing at all, and nobody named "matt" has any money in the office to my knowledge. Its Missy and Roger. And if you're the one who railed on me in that other thread, this is another example of your total ignorance. If not, maybe its a simple honest mistake. You decide.

having looked at both server monikers, they both indicate routing through springfield mo, and having both been made within minutes of each other I'm going to go out on a limb and say you ARE the ignoramous who went off on me on the other thread, meaning you ARE as ignorant as you sound in your rambling post. All your comments about education and you're the one who never learned how to extrapolate. Go sit alone and bitch at your walls.

No one makes money owning these small farts of a place. They lose money or make just enough to keep the doors open. So they cut corners. Your own fault for eating there

if his names not on the deed or the liquor license you still have nothing but a garbage attitude. They can't regulate his spouse. Thank god you have no say.
