Yes, I do. She seems to be a motivating coach.

I have heard she is motivating but I was told she has her pets. Plus someone mentioned she thinks highly of herself....I don't know this but this is what I was told. They also mentioned she wants to be the class clown.

I heard that she coaches basketball, likes to shower at least once a day. Has a car that she drives places. Makes the team do a lay-up drill at least once a practice. They also sometimes have to do conditioning drills, especially if their play is sub-par.

She tries to act like the kids at school. Likes to cuss at them like she's hot shit and she throws fits at the basketball games.

She coaches girls basketball at Red Bud High School. I'm a huge basketball fan. I can name two girls basketball in total (Pat Summitt and that guy from UCONN). It doesn't matter. In 20 years no one will remember or even try to remember. Same for boy's basketball. It is basketball in a small town. Who cares. Pretty sure Red Bud basketball isn't putting a lot of kids into college. Maybe we should worry more about how she teaches (if she does). Increased Math, Science, Reading, and Comprehension scores might put some more kids into college.

Ok, the lady asked about the coach and I am pretty sure by now her daughter and her have figured her out. Lets stop talking on this thread about her or the teachers. Most likely if you think the teachers are bad, you're probably a welfare sucking scum bag taking money from myself cause you suck at life and couldn't make the grades to do anything with your life. Grow up. The coach does a great job and the girls respect her. End of story.

I will be glad to jump in and say that a high percentage of the teachers DO SUCK! Especially the MATH teachers... they have our kids all screwed up when it comes to math. Iam not a "welfare sucking scum bag" I have a great job and live a clean life. I know ALOT of parents that would agree, but they will not publicly let it be known - that they do suck. I talk with plenty of unhappy parents. My kid is doing good in school, because I take the time every night to help my kid when he does not understand the crappy/insufficient instructions that some teachers give. I will talk about teachers, because I have the freedom to do so, and that can not be silenced or taken away. Oh, if anyone "sucks at life and couldn't make the grades to do anything with your life" maybe they had teachers that sucked!

She seems nice, but then again the only time she has talked to me was after she had a few or more cocktails.

So how does one keep her job as well as coaching? I'm not crazy about her teaching my daughter when she gets in there.

I was really hoping that this was not true. I would have to agree that she shouldn't coach kids if she was arrested for drinking. Doesn't set a very good example for the kids. What a shame.

Should the school board be checking on our teachers? Or do they just care about sports? Has anyone heard about district 132 school taxes being raised - I suppose if it is voted in. I heard they want to raise our taxes 8%.
