I believe it is 0.08 for a DWI. There is ZERO TOLERANCE in Brazil, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Romani, Saudi Arabia, Slovakia, and the United Arab Emirates. I wonder what the % of highway deaths are Alcohol related in those countries.

It doesn't matter what his BAC was he was underage..period and not of legal drinking age. He should lose his license until he's 25.

Right Fred, this is for DWAI, Driving While Ability Impaired, which is a .06 to a .08, I believe. ANd because he was underage, only 20, we have a law in NY State called Zero Tolerance. He is supposed to lose his license now for a minimum of one year.

I am pretty sure that anything from .02-.07 you can be charged with DWAI and anything beyond that is DWI that is unless you fail a field sobriety test while you are under the legal limit of .08 then you can be charged with both DWI and DWAI. |

Don't hang around Fat Jakes if you don't want to get caught. The cops have been hanging around there like crazy lately. Apparently a new cash provider for the troopers. The local PD wouldn't take care of it so the state stepped in. Makes the local PD look like a bunch of Keystone Kops (which they actually are).
Go some where else to drink but have someone else drive. Please! |
